With our own hot mix plant in Midland and more than one million tons of asphalt produced, Rock Shelter Construction builds and maintains roads across the Permian Basin, from municipal projects to private access roads serving oilfield and agricultural operations.

Aggregate Production

We operate a high volume aggregate plant in Midland, giving us direct control over supply and quality. As one of the few legitimate, full scale aggregate producers in the region, we are able to keep large projects supplied without relying on outside vendors.
